"Works really well"
I got a ceiling fan from Minka Group and it’s been a really good purchase. It’s quiet, even when I turn it up, and it moves a nice amount of air. It also doesn’t wobble like my old fan did, which is a big plus. Installation took a bit of time, but it wasn’t too bad. Overall, I’m happy with it and would buy from them again.

"A bit pricey for what it is"
I expected a little more for the price. Shipping was fine, no big complaint there, but these so-called fan parts don’t feel any better than the cheaper stuff I’ve seen elsewhere. It’s not awful or anything, just not something I’d say was worth the money.

"Works fine, but navigation could be better"
I was able to find what I needed eventually, but the menus were a little confusing at first (maybe it’s just me). The site works okay overall, though it could definitely be a bit easier to get around.

"Nice designs, happy overall"
I was browsing minkagroup.net and liked a lot of the lighting styles. They have plenty of modern options, but not the kind that feel too out there or overly flashy, if that makes sense. It did take me a while to pick one because there are so many choices, but the one I ended up with looks really nice in my dining room. Overall I’m happy with it, just... yeah, the design worked out better than I expected.

"Still Going Strong"
I’ve had this fan for a few months now and it’s still working great. It feels like good quality and has held up just fine with regular use. Small win for me: I didn’t have to replace it halfway through the season like my last one

"Pretty easy return and warranty help"
I had to return a light because the finish just didn’t really match our room, and it was painless. I was expecting it to be a hassle, but customer service got back to me quickly and walked me through what I needed to do. I also asked about the warranty just to be safe, and they explained it clearly. The refund came through without any issues, so overall I’m happy with how they handled everything

"Found the Parts I Needed"
I don’t know what more people expect — I needed replacement parts, found them easily, and didn’t have to deal with any hassle. It did exactly what I needed it to do.

I reached out to minkagroup.net a few different times about my order and didn’t get any real response. I kept waiting, hoping someone would at least acknowledge the issue, but nothing helpful ever came through. I get that things can get busy, but basic customer service should include replying to people who need help. It was really frustrating and left me feeling like they just didn’t care. Not a good experience.

"Not as bright as I expected"
I bought two of these fixtures thinking they’d actually light up the room, but they’re both way dimmer than I expected. i feel a bit misled by how they were presented. On top of that, one of them started flickering after just a week. Disappointing and not worth the hassle.

"Packaging was okay, but I'm a bit picky"
The box showed up with a dent, which bugs me a little because I like things arriving in nice shape. That said, the actual item inside was totally fine, so overall I’d say the packaging did its job
